FAQs

We offer a variety of yoga classes, including yin yoga, power flow, and recovery stretching.

With a consistent yoga practice, you will notice your body becoming stronger and more flexible.

Please bring water and a towel if needed. We provide mats, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

Proper athletic attire is required. This includes clothing that is comfortable, fast-drying, and does not restrict movement. Shoes are not required in the studio.
