FAQs

We offer a variety of yoga classes including, yin yoga, power flow, and recovery stretching.

With a consistent yoga practice, you will begin to notice your body becoming stronger and more flexible.

Please bring water and a towel if needed. We provide mats, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.

Proper athletic attire is required. This includes clothing that is comfortable, fast drying, and does not restrict movement. Shoes are not required in the studio.
